How many of you have had this? I've heard that you can't find this anywhere in the north, but I don't know how much truth there is to that.

Sweet tea is exactly what it sounds like; it's iced tea with lots of sugar in it. Here, you can find it everywhere, and it is served at every restaurant. Even McDonald's has a specially named "Mickey D's Sweet Tea."

Surely House, Sky, and Drowzee know what I'm talking about.

It's the drink of the GODS!

Oh hell yes sweet tea! Applause

It wasn't too popular up north until McDonald's introduced it, but it is rather popular up here now. Actually, I may go get a cup today. Just got finished rearranging furniture and now I've got a powerful thirst.

I used to drink it all the time when I was little. Smile Hertz Chicken first introduced me to it. Now, we make it all the time at home! I'm starting to like regular tea as well, though.

Do you have sweet tea at your store, Sparky? We do at my local Kroger. Very Happy

Also, I've never seen scallop meat before, but they had it at that same Kroger.

Well I never saw it, so it must not have been important enough.

TBH, I'm more of a coffee person, but sweet iced tea never fails to hit the spot. I'd drink a gallon in one chug if it were physically possible.

Love any kind of tea. Not sure about MD's tea, though. But my God look at that cup. Ain't it a sad day in America when our larges are that demon.

Yep, we have that at my store. Satisfied

I went to McDonalds today and got sweet tea. I forgot how wonderful that stuff was. I'm going to school tomorrow, too. I think I'll stop and get another cup.

@Drowzee
Yeah, I know about it, but never paid it much mind. I wrote it off as just iced tea, but they are actually different things.

I got another cup today, divine! Joyous Dancing The south knows how to eat! (and drink)

There's a subtle difference between tea and sweet tea. I'll give you 3 guesses as to what. Satisfied
