Someplace secure with no viruses?

I could just download it from a Torrent, but those tend to be huge bundles of 800 SNES games that you have no intention or interest in playing.

I just want an English Patched ROM of Shin Megami Tensei, all by itself, from someplace secure.

Any ideas?
