| For the most part its been pretty straightfoward witht the zelda series going from: Legend of zelda (nes)--->Legend of Zelda 2 (nes) and so forth.
but heres where i see a problem. where Legend of zelda:oot--->Majora's mask, The birth of wind waker is explained by the fact hyrule was destroyed while link was in termina.
so, after majora's mask....where does this leave link?
cartoon link goes on to star in about...3 or 4 days.
but, the original link does nothing.
the ONLY fathomable explaination which even then seems kinda silly, is that (original) link went to live on in the ordon forest and grew up into an adult there.
but it....it dosent make sense of how it so quickly went from point a to point b without some sort of transition-game.
nothing ties the bridge!
so please, if anyone can help explain this, i'd love to hear it. |

| Yeah there isn't really a full canon timeline connecting every game together, but different games are related in ways. I.E. Skyward Sword-->OoT(child timeline)-->MM-->TP Skyward Sword--> OoT (Adult timeline)-->WW-->PH-->ST LoZ-->Adventures of Link MC-->FS-->FSA Skyward Sword-->OoT-->aLttP-->LA
I think that is about it. |

| There IS a timeline, Nintendo just isn't releasing it so fans can continue to ponder about it so it adds a sort of mysticism to the story.
And you, Ness, took the entire topic idea from AVGN, almost word for word. :/ _________________ |

| ^Yeah, well... Since Nintendo has never officially stated what the timeline is, there's no point in arguing over discussing it. |

| It's one of those things where the only way to win is not to play. |
