Nice!

Hope it gets to North America and Europe. This, IMO, is the best final fantasy.

My copy still works completely fine, so I don't really need it. Plus, I need more space on my PSP. Do memory sticks HAVE to cost so damn much?

I've been meaning to get this for my recently re-discovered PS1; Duke got me interested in it over MSN and it looks good. We shall see~

^This

From now on, if I wanna play PSone games I already own on PSP, I'll use Remote Play or Popsloader.
I only download PSone Classics I don't own on a disc, and are ridiculously expensive on a disc.

The scene near the end of disc 3 involving Zidane and his friends was the best part, anyhow.

VIII's actually a lot of fun once you get to know how to abuse the mechanics of the game.

For example, early on you can make Squall into a strength god, simple.

You go and fight Fastitocalon-F's down by the beach near Balamb Garden and get tons of fins from them. Then, have Shiva learn a skill that can turn items into spell charges. Then, change the fins you get from the Fastitocalon-F's into Water magic charges (1 fin gets you 10 or 25 charges IIRC) and junction them to Squall's strength.

You will not be beaten for the rest of disc one.

Also, staying at relatively low HP (yellow numbers) can repeatedly get you Limit Breaks with the party members. Just changing turns (with Triangle) will let you get another chance of landing a Limit Break. Imagine, 10 Renzokukens in a row from Squall, and 10 combos from Zell. Easy win.
