I have both laying around, both of them I am stuck on (underlevelled XD)

Superstar Saga is a complete package and it is easier, too.

Partners in Time is almost straight battling and can get rather hard toward the end. Also, if the babies get into a battle without the adult, they're basically dead.

Superstar Saga, without a doubt.
