Naw, remakes are fine and Heart Gold is a fine name, bro. Sadly, we will be getting, I believe 2 or 3 more generations. They'll all be ugly. |

Back in May, Xseed announced plans to Localize the Game.
I had been following the story since day 1 since I was behind a campaign in which everyone e-mailed Xseed requesting a localization. By March, Xseed made afew painfully obvious remarks that clearly showed that they already had the game, but the didn't announce it until May.
It was originally dated for Q4 2009, but it's been pushed back until 1/26/10.
They have not yet released a statement that it's been pushed back, but as I've said, I've been following them very carefully, and my searching has already shown me in advance the the game's release date is now 1/26/10. |

Indeed it is, and my campaign was to bring it to America & Europe, which was also sucessful.
It should hit shelves in the UK sometime around mid February.
But you could always import if you wanna play it sooner. |

I liked the evolutions to the old pokemon (tangrowth in paticular) but in my opinion the games themselves were average, the new pokemon uninteresting, and way too easy. I was planning on throwing this series out my window for good, but gold/silver was the peak of the old pokemon so maybe there could be a comeback. |
